1. Scope & Binding Acceptance
Welcome to HL GROUP. By accessing our official website (hlgroupco.com), purchasing any digital publication, e-book, online course, mentorship program, or digital workflow template (collectively referred to as "Digital Products"), or communicating with our corporate team, you ("Customer", "User", or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately and refrain from placing commercial orders.

Upon confirmation of payment, HL GROUP grants the Customer a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and utilize the acquired Digital Product strictly for personal or internal educational purposes.
- You may NOT sub-license, resell, rent, share, host on file-sharing servers, or redistribute any Digital Product or proprietary material.
- You may NOT copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from HL GROUP content.
- Sharing member portal credentials or direct download links with third parties is grounds for immediate license revocation without refund.
4. Commercial Orders, Pricing & Payment Gateways
All prices listed on HL GROUP checkout portals are stated in the specified transaction currency (USD, BRL, or local currency as indicated at checkout) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Transactions are processed securely through accredited third-party payment gateways and major credit card networks. HL GROUP reserves the right to adjust digital product prices, issue limited-time promotional pricing, or modify catalog availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Digital Delivery & Access Fulfillment
As HL GROUP products are 100% digital, delivery is executed immediately following payment authorization:
- Email Dispatch: An automated confirmation e-mail containing access links, download keys, or member platform credentials is sent to the address provided during checkout.
- Delivery Delays & Spam Filters: In rare cases, institutional spam filters may redirect fulfillment emails. Customers are advised to check spam/junk folders or contact contact@hlgroupco.com for immediate access verification.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
HL GROUP is committed to consumer protection and product satisfaction. All digital product purchases carry an unconditional 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee calculated from the exact date of order confirmation.

Submit your request to contact@hlgroupco.com with your order number and purchase email address within 7 calendar days.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All content hosted on hlgroupco.com or included in our Digital Products—including trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, video modules, templates, and proprietary methodologies—is the sole intellectual property of HL GROUP and is protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or piracy will result in legal action.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Digital Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for educational and operational guidance purposes. HL GROUP does not warrant specific financial earnings, guaranteed revenues, or individual results, as outcome metrics depend on individual application, market variables, and external execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HL GROUP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from digital platform usage, technical downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law standards and the statutory laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
